• What is Royal Enfield Wingman?

  Royal Enfield Wingman creates a close bond between the rider and the motorcycle by having a constant and seamless communication through the Royal Enfield App. The Royal Enfield Wingman takes care of both rider and the motorcycle all the times

• I don't have the Royal Enfield App; can I still access Royal Enfield Wingman?

  Royal Enfield Wingman experience can be accessed only through the Royal Enfield App. However, the proactive support by the GRID team (Royal Enfield Proactive support team) will be available irrespective of you having access to the App. The recommendation is to login to the Royal Enfield App to experience the Royal Enfield Wingman features to its fullest capability

• Will it work on both Android and iOS?

  Yes, it will work on both Android and iOS.

• What are the features of Royal Enfield Wingman?

  The Royal Enfield Wingman is equipped with many features to support its riders, a few prominent one are as follows:
  
  a) Live tracking
  b) Last parked location
  c) Trip summary
  d) Vehicle Alerts
  e) Proactive support by the GRID team
  

• What is Proactive Support by the GRID team?

  Any probable failure in the motorcycle, which causes immovable situation will be addressed by the GRID team by arranging Roadside Assistance.

• What are the operation hours of the GRID team?

  The GRID proactive support will be available between 9am to 6pm & RSA support on 24X7 on all days.

• Should I subscribe to the Wingman after I purchase my motorcycle?

  Royal Enfield Wingman comes with a 5 years data subscription from the day of motorcycle purchased. After 5 years, the data recharge has to be done by the customer.

• Can I use Wingman for other models of Royal Enfield?

  The current version of Royal Enfield Wingman is developed for Super Meteor 650 only. It will not work in any other model of Royal Enfield.

• Can I delete my rider history?

  Yes, the trips can be deleted from the RE App.

• Can I view a 1-year-old trip record on Wingman?

  Currently all trip reports, until 3 months history can be viewed from the Royal Enfield app.

• How accurately does Royal Enfield Wingman locate the parked motorcycle?

  It depends on the GPS strength. At any time, there could be accuracy tolerance of 20m to 200m.

• Is the device covered within actual Vehicle warranty?

  Yes, The device is part of the motorcycle and covered under the actual vehicle warranty from the day of purchase.

• I am an existing customer of Super Meteor 650, How do I get the device fitted in my motorcycle?

  We are offering the device as a retrofit to all our existing customers of Super Meteor 650 at an additional cost. The order for the same could be placed with the dealer, and the service center will be able to fit the device to your motorcycle.

• I am an existing customer of Super Meteor 650, How much I need to pay to get the device fitted in my vehicle?

  The cost for the Royal Enfield Wingman is Rs 6500 plus fitment charges (excluding GST). This will include Dongle, plus data plan and RSA. This plan will be valid for 5 years, from the day of the motorcycle delivery, after which a new plan could be bought at a nominal price

• I have booked my Super Meteor 650 and delivery is still due. Will I get my motorcycle with the Royal Enfield Wingman feature enabled?

  Please contact your respective dealer, they will inform you about the feature availability in your Super Meteor 650 based on the booking day.

• Whom should I contact if I want the device to be fitted in my existing Super Meteor 650?

  You could contact your nearest Royal Enfield service center to place the order and get the same fitted to your motorcycle.
