The capital city of Mongolia and the central hub for the journey. It is a vibrant, modern city that acts as the starting and ending point, where urban infrastructure gives way directly to the vast emptiness of the Mongolian steppe.
Famously known as the "White Stupa", this is an otherworldly, sheer limestone cliff structure carved over millions of years by wind and water. Facing east, its multi-colored clay strata look like a massive, ancient city from a distance.
The deep, narrow "Valley of the Vultures" tucked within the Zuun Saikhan Mountains. A stunning geographic anomaly where towering rock walls block out the sun, creating a cool microclimate that harbors a massive field of thick, hidden ice well into the summer.
Known locally as Bayanzag, these legendary red sandstone formations erupt in a deep, fiery orange under the setting sun. The site is historically monumental as the 1920s excavation ground where the world's first fossilized dinosaur eggs were discovered.
Also known as Ulaan Tsutgalan, this impressive 20-meter waterfall was formed by unique volcanic activity and earthquakes. It spills over black basalt rock into a dense, pine-dotted gorge in the Orkhon Valley—the ancestral cradle of nomadic life.
Natural, mineral-rich thermal sulfur springs tucked away in a lush alpine valley of the Khangai Mountains. The waters emerge from the earth at a piping 86°C before being funneled into relaxing, therapeutic outdoor pools.
A world-renowned continuous grassland conservation area dedicated to protecting the Przewalski’s horse. It offers a rare window into seeing the world’s last remaining species of completely wild, genetically distinct horses grazing on the ridges.

Day 01
Touch down in Ulaanbaatar, where glass towers meet ger districts and the steppe waits beyond. Settle into your hotel, shake off travel fatigue, and stroll Sukhbaatar Square. It's your last night of concrete and cell service before the horizon takes over.
Day 02
Morning: explore Ulaanbaatar's contrasts, walk Sukhbaatar Square, and visit museums to ground yourself in history. Afternoon: full ride briefing covering Gobi sand, mountain passes, safety, navigation, and nomadic etiquette before we hit the trails.
Day 03
Leave Ulaanbaatar on smooth tarmac toward the Middle Gobi, then turn onto 40 km of dirt to Baga Gazriin Chuluu. Granite formations and hidden caves rise from the steppe as engine and silence trade places, your first real taste of the ride ahead.
Day 04
Cover 100 km of off-road steppe and dunes toward Tsagaan Suvarga, stopping at the White Stupa for quiet reflection. Grasslands fade into open desert as you descend deeper into the Gobi, arriving at otherworldly rock spires and cliffs.
Day 05
100 km of technical off-road gives way to 125 km of tarmac through Mongolia's wealthiest province, past Dalanzadgad. The day ends at Yolyn Am, "Valley of the Vultures”, a green gorge hiding a field of ice that lasts through summer.
Day 06
90 km of pure off-road, fast and flat, on the Gobi's famous open trails. We ride to the Flaming Cliffs, red sandstone that glows under the setting sun, the "Cradle of Dinosaurs," where the first fossil eggs were found in the 1920s.
Day 07
180 km off-road marathon through the middle-west Gobi, a "Mad Max"-style ride across endless dust and sand. We finish at Ongi Monastery's ruins—once home to a thousand monks, leveled in the 1930s purges, now a hauntingly resilient site.
Day 08
270 km of tarmac and off-road as the Gobi's dust gives way to Central Mongolia's green hills. We descend into the Orkhon Valley to the Orkhon Waterfall, a 20-meter basalt cascade formed 20,000 years ago, a lush, misty sanctuary.
Day 09
100 km of technical mountain riding through river crossings, pine forests, and high passes in the Khangai range. The day ends at Tsenkher Hot Springs, natural sulfur pools that melt away six days of dust under a canopy of stars.
Day 10
A rest day in Tsenkher: soak in restorative hot springs, hike the surrounding hills for valley views, or trade your bike for a horse to explore pine forests. A slow, scenic recharge before the final push begins.
Whether you’re submerged in the steaming pools or wandering through the larch forests, today is the ultimate "recharge" for both man and machine. Enjoy the stillness of the mountains before we kickstart the engines for the final leg of the journey.
Day 11
190 km toward Elsen Tasarkhai, the "Mini-Gobi." Stop in Kharkhorin to visit the museum and Erdene Zuu Monastery, then ride 30 km of dunes where sand, mountains, and streams meet—capped by a camel ride through the golden hour.
Day 12
200 km into Töv Province and Hustai National Park, trading sand for green mountain steppe. Hustai protects the Takhi, the world's only truly wild horse, spot them descending the ridges at dusk against the Mongolian mountains.
Day 13
A reflective 100 km run back toward Ulaanbaatar from Hustai's green ridges. The trail feels familiar now, gear coated in Gobi dust, as the capital's hum returns and the vast Mongolian sky delivers one last view.
Day 14
We cross the finish line with the adrenaline of desert dashes and the calm of green steppes still with us. Twelve days of grit, laughter, and open trails forged a bond—memories and friends that have become family.
Home to eight of the highest peaks in the world, Nepal is a land of mystic and intrigue. The ancient kingdom of Lo Manthang, in the heart of Mustang valley, embodies this spirit unlike any other. With directions that exist only in the minds of locals, and not on Google, Upper Mustang is the ultimate frontier for adventure travel. With views of the Annapurna range for the company and traversing the deepest gorge in the world, there are several layers of exploration to peel through. A trip to this windswept valley that culminates in the walled city of Lo is the stuff that bucket lists are made of.
In October 2019, a group of 11 motorcyclists ventured out on a once in a lifetime experience to ride through the forbidden kingdom of Tibet Autonomous Region and reach the world’s highest monastery Rongbuk at the fabled North Face Base Camp of Mount Everest – a route George Mallory made famous with his attempt to scale the mountain back in 1924. Starting from Kathmandu, they crossed the Nepalese border to ride through the high desolate highlands of Tibet Autonomous Region on their way to Rongbuk. Together they battled the biting chill, the dropping oxygen and their own personal limits, forming friendships for life on the way to the top of the world.
