What is the Royal Enfield factory custom all about ?
The Royal Enfield factory custom is an industry first, one of its kind service where the company provides interested consumers multiple cosmetic options and the chance to personalize and customize their Royal Enfield motorcycle according to their taste during the booking of a new vehicle.
What all customisation options are possible/available as part of the Royal Enfield Factory custom program ?
The personalisation is available for cosmetic parts only. The Royal Enfield Factory custom program covers paint, paint finishes, decals, badges, graphics, seats, seat vinyls for now - there is a very large variety to choose from across all of the above to personalize your motorcycle according to your taste. Mechanicals, specifications, features, performance & ergonomics all remain the same as standard on the stock variant.
Is the Royal Enfield factory custom program available to any model within the Royal Enfield family ?
For the time being the Royal Enfield factory custom option is only available to the Classic 350 dual channel 2024 model launched on the 1st Of September - The company is looking at extending it to other models in the future and will be communicated as and when it happens.
What is the delivery timeline/waiting period if I opt for the Royal Enfield factory custom program ?
Since the motorcycle will be personalized according to your preferences and is not stock - the waiting period from date of vehicle booking to delivery will be within 90 - 120 days as communicated on the date of vehicle booking
What are the benefits of the Royal Enfield factory custom program ?
The Royal Enfield factory custom is a one of its kind program that allows you to create, your own limited edition that no one else owns by personalizing it to your taste and all of this with manufacturer warranty - Royal Enfield’s industrial design team will personally work and collaborate with you to co-create the Royal Enfield of your dreams just for you.
Does my vehicle warranty get affected if I opt for the Royal Enfield Factory custom program ?
Since this is an OEM (Company/Brand) offered customisation, all standard mechanical & parts warranties apply here as well along with spare parts availability across our dealership network - In the case of the Classic 350 this is 3yrs or 30,000/- kms (whichever comes first) - On all cosmetic parts that have been customized spares will be provided on made to order basis within a period of 60-90 days from placing of the order at your nearest dealership.
How much does the customisation/personalisation cost ?
The customization service comes in two custom packages
A) Custom Configuration 1 - Rs 2,66,000/- ex-showroom (Led headlamp, Led pilot lamp, Type C USB charger, Gear position indicator on cluster)
B) Custom Configuration 2 - Rs 2,75,000/- ex showroom (Led headlamp, Led pilot lamp, Type C USB charger, Gear position indicator on cluster, Led Indicators, Adjustable levers, Tripper pod)
On both the above packages , choice of Blacked out engine/polished engine & spoke wheels/alloy wheels is available.
Once Custom configuration is chosen customisation can be made under paints, paint finish decals, badges, seats & seat vinyl’s
All genuine motorcycle accessories will be over and above Rs ex-showroom cost basis selection.
So does Royal Enfield guarantee that no one else apart from me will have a similar motorcycle to mine if I opt for this program ?
With the enormous amount of options, combinations available to personalize & customize the likelihood of 2 similar motorcycles is very very slim - However it depends of your own vision, creativity and taste - so there is no guarantee but the chances are extremely slim that someone else will have the exact same taste as yours.
