You can purchase a Royal Enfield Maestro Covers 3,4,5 (Sales Package), along with your motorcycle purchase or before the first paid service is opted by the customer (15,000 Km)  and Royal Enfield Maestro Covers 1,2 (Service Package) can be purchased once the motorcycle has completed the final free service (4th) as per the PMS schedule and uptil the age of motorcycle is 10 years.

No., you can avail the services anywhere within the country only during the tenure of the AMC.

What is an extended warranty?

Subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the “ Extended warranty terms and conditions”,  all mechanical & electrical parts having manufacturing defect will be covered under Extended Warranty.

Will all parts in standard warranty be covered in Extended Warranty?

Yes it can be availed in any of the RE authorized dealership / service center within the country/MIY app/online RE website.

Can I avail this facility at any of the RE dealership?

Extended Warranty is freely transferable to the next owner of the vehicle. In fact, you could get a better resale value for the vehicle if it is maintained under the RE Extended Warranty Package.

What if I sell my motorcycle after having bought an Extended Warranty?

The extended warranty is in no way different from the new vehicle warranty / Standard Warranty.so all you have to do is take your vehicle to your preferred authorized dealer.

You simply need to maintain your vehicle according to recommendations as outlined in RE Owner’s manual and the Extended Warranty Document. Proper maintenance of your vehicle  will help in increasing its reliability & longevity plus you will enjoy a more rewarding riding experience.

The decision of RE or its Dealers would be final regarding the cover of Extended warranty or any parts as per the terms & conditions contained in the Owner's manual/Extended Warranty Document.

Royal Enfield’s RoadSide Assistance Program is a 24x7 emergency support provided in the event of any mechanical or electrical breakdown and/or accident of the rider’s motorcycle anywhere on National highways, State highways or motorable roads within mainland India. Support will also be provided at the user’s home and/or office but would be limited to two interventions per agreement year.

What is a Roadside Assistance (RSA) Program?

How can I purchase RSA?

RSA is complimentary in the first year from the date of invoice. If you wish to buy additional coverage, please click here to purchase a new policy or here to renew your existing policy. You can also get in touch with your nearest dealer. The rates are based on the age of your motorcycle from the date of invoice.

How much does Roadside Assistance cost?

While there is no limit on the number of times the user can avail the services for breakdowns on motorable roads, the support is limited to a maximum of two interventions at the user's Home and/or Office per agreement year. Also, in the case of towing services, the towing distance is limited to 100 Kms beyond which the customer shall bear the additional charges. Please refer to the detailed Terms and Conditions.

Is there a limit to how many times I can use Roadside Assistance at no charge?
