Maximum of 5 motorcycles can be booked for a test ride per day, subject to the availability of the motorcycles.

How long is the coupon code valid?

Coupon code is valid upto 150 days from the date of issue.

What are the documents I need to submit for booking/purchasing a motorcycle?

Valid ID proof, address proof along with 3 photos are mandatory to purchase a preowned Royal Enfield motorcycle.

My old motorcycle is registered in another state. Can I still sell my old motorcycle here?

Yes, our team is equipped to take any motorcycles with valid documents. You need to provide us with the NOC and required documents to sell your old motorcycle which is registered in another state.

Can I raise a request for my friend/relative/someone’s motorcycle for sale?

Yes, you can raise a request for a friend/relative’s motorcycle but you have to give your mobile number and the motorcycle has to be in your possession with valid documents.

I was offered a price, what is the next step?

You need to accept the price and process the documentation (selling your old motorcycle) to ensure the payment is getting adjusted as down payment for your new Royal Enfield motorcycle.

Do I need to pay for a test ride?

You do not need to pay anything for a test ride at dealerships.

How can I get registered with Reown Digital MarketPlace?

Just click on to the Account section and get registered with your credentials.

I am selling my motorcycle only but received an Exchange coupon code? Shall I pass it to my friends & relatives?

Exchange coupons can be redeemed between certain listed relationships only, Check your eligibility at the nearest RE dealership.

My motorcycle is not in running condition, can I sell my motorcycle?

You can raise an inspection request, based on the inspection report, we will get back to you with a quote for your motorcycle.

I haven’t received OTP to proceed further. How do I process further?

Please check the mobile number you have entered and Wait for a few minutes to regenerate the OTP. If problems persist, reach us out through the help me section, We will assist you further.

Can I keep the old motorcycle till the new Royal Enfield is being delivered to me?

Value of your old motorcycle will be adjusted as down payment for your new Royal Enfield. You can hold your old motorcycle upto 5 days. Between booking & new Royal Enfield motorcycle’s allocation you can process the old Royal Enfield selling at any time.

I don't have basic motorcycle details with me. Can I sell it here?

We need to have Registration number or VIN as mandatory to raise an Evaluation request, Reach to help me section, our team will help you in assisting to raise an Evaluation request.

I am already having a registered account with Royal Enfield. Do I still need to register at Reown Digital MarketPlace?

You can proceed with the same credentials. You just need to clear an OTP validation before raising an evaluation request or test ride request.

Do you accept payments via digital mode - UPI/Cards/Gpay?

We accept all form of digital payments - UPI/Cards/Gpay/cheque/IMPS etc.,

Can I get the cash in hand for the motorcycle?

Right now we will make payments through all available digital modes for payment. For Eg: UPI, Cheque, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS. At present we don’t make cash payments.

What is the time duration for document transfer once the motorcycle is booked?

It depends on the RTO, normally it will take an average of 90 days to complete name transfer.

What are the documents required to sell my old motorcycle?

Original RC, ID proof, valid insurance (if available) are required to sell you old motorcycles.

Can I get payment as cash for my old motorcycle?

The value of your old motorcycle will be adjusted against down payment for your new Royal Enfield motorcycle while booking.

I don't have valid insurance for my motorcycle. Can I sell my motorcycle?

Yes you can still sell your old motorcycle. At the time of inspection these details will be captured and price will vary for such cases.

How will I know if I am paying the right price for a motorcycle?

Our dedication to transparency and quality will show you that the price you're paying is right. The prices are decided based on the Motorcycle’s condition, history, and the refurbishment work carried out.

Can I initiate the sale process of my old motorcycle after some time before a new Royal Enfield is allocated to me?

Yes between booking and a new Royal Enfield motorcycle’s allocation, you can process the old Royal Enfield selling at any time. The old motorcycle value will only be adjusted against the down payment for your new Royal Enfield motorcycle.

Who will handle the document transfer/RC Transfer?

RE dealers will facilitate the name transfer for your preowned purchases. However, you need to pay in case you are buying with finance facilities.

Are all the motorcycles REOWN certified?

All the motorcycles listed on the platform are certified.

Can I buy any pre owned Royal Enfield motorcycles?

Any listed Royal Enfield motorcycle available in the platform can be purchased through Royal Enfield dealership, and you can share your specific requirements with us. In case of any particular request, we will try to facilitate it.

How does the warranty work?

Our team has already comprehensively checked and refurbished every motorcycle to make it as good as new, So when you purchase a motorcycle from us, you don't need to worry about repair costs for key parts of the motorcycle. The warranty booklet you get at the time of purchase gives you all the details you need about what is covered, the process for raising a service request, and other terms and conditions.

I have raised a request but so far no one has approached me for further details?

Do I need to sign any documents while selling my motorcycle?

There are a set of documents like purchase agreement, sale receipt, RTO forms & disclaimers you need to sign at the time of deal closing.

I was offered a price, what is the next step?

Once you have accepted, the team will process the documentation & you can handover your motorcycle to process the payment.

How much time would it take for my motorcycle to sell?

Once the inspection is completed, you will receive a quote for your motorcycle within 24 hrs and from the point of price acceptance, you will get the payment in 1 working day.

Are there any finance facilities available for these motorcycles?

We have tie-ups with banking and NBFC for financing options. Please check with the nearest Royal Enfield dealer for your eligibility.

I lost my coupon code? Can I get a duplicate or copy of the coupon code?

Coupon codes are shared via SMS & Whatsapp, If it is not available, Please speak to your relationship manager, They will assist you in getting the details.

Is the price of the Motorcycle negotiable?

The prices are fixed and are the best rates as compared to market standards. Our prices are calculated based on data - current market price, demand and supply of the motorcycle, service record, refurbishment work done, etc. We offer good quality motorcycles to give you a seamless experience. Moreover, within the price, you also get comprehensive warranty and 7-day free return option.

My old Royal Enfield motorcycle is registered to another state, can i sell my old Royal Enfield here?

Yes you can, We have our Royal Enfield dealer network across pan india to facilitate this deal.

What are the documents I need to have for selling a motorcycle?

You need to have Original RC & Insurance (In case of valid insurance) along with RTO documents form 29 & 30. You need to sign a set of documents with respect to selling your motorcycle at the time of deal closing.

Do I need to bring my old motorcycle to the dealer while booking?

Bringing the motorcycle to the dealership locations makes the process more simple and also you can request the dealer person to visit your location to take the old motorcycle details as well.

Can I get the motorcycle delivered to my home?

Yes, Home delivery is available. Please Check with the Royal Enfield dealer for the home delivery eligibility for your location.Extra charges may be applicable depending on delivery location.

Can I buy a motorcycle without warranty & FSC?

All the motorcycles listed on the platform are certified and depending on the category/ageing, warranty is inbuilt with the sale. T&C Apply.

How long will it take for me to get a price quote?

Once the motorcycle is inspected, you will receive a final price quote within 24 hrs.

Can I sell any non-Royal Enfield motorcycles?

Yes, you can only sell your old non-Royal Enfield motorcycles against new Royal Enfield exchanges. Only selling is not possible at the juncture.

Is the coupon code redeemable at the same dealership or can I redeem it anywhere in the city?

Exchange coupon codes are redeemable across pan India at any of our RE stores.

My old motorcycle is not in my name, Am I still eligible for Exchange benefits/coupon code?

Yes, Also Exchange coupons can be redeemed between certain listed relationships only, Check your eligibility at the nearest Royal Enfield dealership.

Who will take care of documentation for my old motorcycle?

Our partners will ensure the subsequent sale of your old motorcycle and also take care of the name transfer process.

When will I get the refund for my cancelled booking?

Once you've cancelled your booking, a refund of the deposit paid will be initiated instantly and will reflect in your source account within 5 to 7 working days.

I don't have the original RC with me, can I sell my motorcycle?

Yes, You need to either arrange for a duplicate RC or need to submit valid documentation, We will try to arrange a quote for your motorcycle in case of no original RC.

Do I need to register with Reown Digital MarketPlace?

You can proceed further without registering to RE OWN DMP by validating your mobile number through the OTP process.

Do I need to pay any extra amount for warranty & FSC?

Warranty & FSC is part of the motorcycle. You don't have to make any separate payment.

What are the documents required to book a test ride?

Valid licence and ID proof are required to book and avail a test ride.

What are the documents I need to have at the time of Evaluation?

You need to share the Valid ID proof, Original RC & Insurance (in case of valid) at the time of inspection.

How can I book a home test ride?

Shortlist the motorcycles to book test ride, on the same page or in the PDP page you can book for test ride, At the time of request you can select the option at home.T&C Apply.

How much time will it take for delivery?

Once you made the complete payment, on the same day you can take delivery or you can request for delivery as per your convenient time.

What is a seven days return policy? How does it work for me?

All the motorcycles purchased through our platform are eligible for a seven days return policy. You are assured of the quality and in case you are not satisfied you can return within seven days from the date of delivery. T&C Apply.

I want to sell my old motorcycle, but I'm not interested in buying a new Royal Enfield. Is it possible to sell my old motorcycle?

At present we are facilitating non-Royal Enfield motorcycles sales for a Royal Enfield exchange only.
