Für alle kleineren Mängel und deren sofortige Reparatur wird ein Techniker zum Pannenort entsandt. Während Royal Enfield die Kosten für die Arbeit und den Transport übernimmt, werden zusätzliche Teile und Materialien nach Aufwand berechnet.

Im Falle einer schwachen oder leeren Batterie ist ein Techniker zu entsenden, der versucht, dem Motorrad Starthilfe zu geben. Falls ein Batteriewechsel erforderlich ist, muss der Techniker eine neue Batterie einbauen. Die Kosten für die Batterie werden nach tatsächlichem Aufwand berechnet. Falls das Problem nicht behoben werden kann, hilft Royal Enfield beim Transport des Motorrads zum nächstgelegenen autorisierten RE Vertragshändler.

Im Fall das der Fehler nicht vor Ort behoben werden kann, wird das Motorrad kostenlos zum nächstgelegenen autorisierten RE Vertragshändler transportiert.

Im Falle einer Verunreinigung des Motorrads durch falsches Betanken und der dadurch verursachten Immobilisierung des Motorrads wird es kostenlos zur Reparatur zum nächstgelegenen autorisierten RE Vertragshändler transportiert.

Sollten Sie während einer Fahrt keinen Kraftstoff mehr haben, hilft Ihnen unser Pannendienstpartner beim Auffüllen des Kraftstoffs vor Ort. Die Kosten für den Kraftstoff werden nach tatsächlichem Verbrauch berechnet.

Im Falle einer Reifenpanne wird ein Royal Enfield-Techniker an Ihren Standort entsandt, um sich um das Motorrad zu kümmern. Die Kosten für die Instandsetzung des Reifens werden nach Aufwand berechnet.
